From enormous lots to quaint town homes and condo’s, this area offers a huge variety of lifestyle living and has something to offer almost everyone. We love working in the area because all the properties and people are so unique. We see a lot of ultra-modern homes, to traditional, to craftsman style, to incredible artisan-style houses that have wildly unique features that you won’t find in any other home.
As much as we enjoy working in this area, it does present some challenges for sure, such as winding driveways and very steep lots to build on. Despite any challenges that this area may have, the benefits of working and living here, far outweigh any of the challenges that may arise when building. People hire us to to take care of all the challenges anyways, so there’s really nothing to worry about!
