As a Sales Leader and Estimator, you will be part of an ambitious, hard-working and ever-growing team. You will play an integral role for an established and award winning renovation and construction business based out of South Delta. The role involves being creative with marketing and working closely with designers, construction professionals and sub-trades. You will become a well-recognized face of the company and build relationships with clients and other key members of the team which will be truly rewarding. Responsibilities:

• You oversee and generate lead-flow through various marketing campaigns
• You will meet with clients and generate proposals for work to be completed
• You estimate accurately for projects
• You will oversee contractual agreements between professional trades
• You will build contractual agreements between new clients
• You will oversee that our production team has enough information to complete the project
• You will need to get yourself to and from the meetings on time with your own transportation
• You will represent the company in a courteous and professional manor

Tasks will include:

• Networking with new potential clientele and industry professionals
• Attending home shows and other industry events for networking purposes
• Meeting new clients and walking through new projects
• Generating initial proposals
• Reviewing project drawings
• Issuing projects for bidding from multiple sub-contractors
• Estimating material and labour costs and ensuring material prices are current and relevant
• Overseeing that information is accurately transferred to our production team
• Overseeing that contracts submitted by sub-contractors accurately reflect the scope of work
• Generating contractual agreements for new clients
• Liaison with production team when questions arise that pertain to budget
• Walking through new projects with our production team before commencing work
• Staying organized
• Inputting and updating information into the companies CRM system

Qualifications:

• You must have a minimum of 5 years of renovations experience
• You must understand how renovations are completed and understand the timeframe in which tasks take to complete
• You must be organized
• You must be creative
• You must love working with others
• You must be goal oriented and be self-motivated
• You must be reliable and take pride in what you do
• You must have grit and determination
• You must be passionate for the renovation and construction industry
• You must be able to take directions and follow instructions
• You must be able to adapt to new situations

• You must want to learn, be open to new processes and systems, and have a “can do” attitude
• You must be available to work full time hours and occasional weekends/evenings
• You must have a vailed driver’s license and a vehicle
